By downloading or using Snapoo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Snapoo lets you photograph and log stool entries, classify them using the Bristol Stool Scale via AI, optionally tag symptoms, and review your history over time.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

You may delete your account and data at any time from within the app.

You retain ownership of photos and logs you create.

By using the app you grant Snapoo a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service (e.g., AI classification, storage).

You agree not to upload content that is illegal or unrelated to the app’s purpose.

Free users may log once per day. Premium unlocks unlimited logs and AI insights. Some early users may have been grandfathered into Premium at no cost.

Subscriptions are billed through Apple and governed by Apple’s terms. Snapoo does not process or store payment information.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via your Apple ID settings.

Snapoo is a personal logging tool, not a medical device or diagnostic service.

AI classifications are informational only and do not constitute medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional for health concerns.

Snapoo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snapoo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
